You need a visa for the USA? Our goal is to make applying for the US visa as simple and secure as possible for you. Taking into account the current entry requirements and visa regulations, all application steps are processed individually and on time. The application for a US visa can be summarized as follows:

• Each applicant is provided with individualized information materials (checklists, templates) for compiling the required application documents.
• We provide detailed guidance and assistance to recruiters and applicants in compiling the application documentation.
• We sift, check and correct all application documents with regard to the fulfillment of the legal visa requirement profile.
• For us, it is part of this that our team is proactive and requests all information relevant to the application from HR staff and their employees if necessary.
• Our service also includes the preparation of the online application form DS-160 incl. passport photo processing and additional application forms if necessary.
• We will disburse the consular visa application fee and ensure that it is paid in a timely manner prior to the consular interview appointment at the U.S. Consulate.
• We also take care of coordinating and arranging the interview appointment at the US Consulate General.
• The compilation and sending of the applicant's necessary documents for the personal interview at the US consulate General (incl. the letter justifying the application) is also carried out by our case workers.
• Finally, we prepare each employee for the planned foreign assignment in the USA in detail for the personal interview appointment at the American consulate and the border situation when entering the USA.
