Introduce Company and business field. If applicable, describe the relationship between the foreign (non US company) and the US company. 

[Paragraph 2] 
Introduce the project: What comprises the project? What needs to be done/accomplished? Why is it necessary to get help from outside the US? Why is it not possible to get this assistance from someone in the US? (This project introduction should be worded in simple terms so that an outsider can understand it) 

[Paragraph 3] 
Describe the project more in detail. (Here you can be a little bit more technical in wording – however only describe 2 – 3 project details.  Introduce the individual who is required for the project (Needs to have at least bachelor’s degree that relates to project – Why him/her? What are his/her qualifications besides the degree?) (Since this is not a work visa per se, it should be clear that this is only for one single short project with a few aspects.)
