Upon confirmation of the offer and/or confirmation of the consultation appointment, the following contractual conditions are agreed between the parties:
The contracting party books a fee-based consultation appointment or requests the issuance of a US visa for one or more applicants of his/her company or for him/herself in order to enable a temporary stay of the applicant(s) in the USA.
The US Visa Service will provide the Contracting Party and the applicant with advice and support in this regard.

Booking consultation appointments
Our paid consultation appointments by telephone or video call can be booked via our website or by telephone. By booking a consultation appointment, you agree to these General Terms and Conditions (GTC).
Fees and terms of payment
Fees for consultation appointments are clearly displayed prior to booking and are based on the duration of the consultation and other relevant factors. Payment is made via the payment method indicated on our Payment methods offered on the website take place.
Cancellation and refund
Cancellations of consultation appointments must be made at least 24 hours prior to the agreed appointment time in order to receive a refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will not be refunded unless there is a verifiable emergency event.
Implementation of the consultation
Our consultation appointments are conducted by qualified professionals and are based on the information you provide in the consultation form, before and during the appointment. However, we cannot guarantee specific results or the success of the consultation.
Confidentiality
All information exchanged during the consultation will be treated confidentially in accordance with our privacy policy.
Disclaimer
We accept no liability for the use of the information provided during the consultation or for actions or decisions taken on the basis of the consultation.
Changes and additions
These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. Changes will be published on our website and will take effect 30 days after publication.

The US Visa Service will assist the applicant with the entire application process and handle the application in accordance with the current legal requirements of the US authorities. Depending on the jurisdiction, the application will be submitted at the following facilities in the USA:
The scope of services to be provided by the US Visa Service shall be governed by the service description set out in the Annex. The US Visa Service is responsible for issuing the following
US visas, as the decision to issue a US visa is made by the US authorities (US consulate / US embassy / US immigration authorities). The US Visa Service relies on the cooperation of the contractual partner and the applicant for advice and support services, which they hereby undertake to provide.
The US Visa Service has no influence whatsoever on the technical availability of the electronic application form DS-160 or the availability of interview appointments at the US consulate or embassy. The US Visa Service is expressly not liable for technical problems or scheduling bottlenecks on the part of the US authorities.
Confidential information within the meaning of this agreement is
(1) All oral or written information and materials which the US Visa Service receives directly or indirectly from the Contractual Partner for the purpose of processing the order and which are marked as confidential or whose confidentiality arises from their subject matter or other circumstances.
(2) The commissioned services and other work results. The US Visa Service undertakes to treat all confidential information of which it gains direct or indirect knowledge as strictly confidential and not to pass it on to third parties, exploit it or use it without the prior written consent of the contractual partner.
The US Visa Service will take all appropriate precautions to ensure confidentiality. Confidential information will only be passed on to employees or other third parties who must receive it due to their work. The obligation to maintain absolute confidentiality continues even after the end of the cooperation. Upon request, any documents handed over, including all copies made thereof as well as working documents and materials, must be returned or destroyed and disposed of by the US Visa Service in accordance with its own data protection guidelines.
(1) The costs for processing the specific visa application are listed in the corresponding offer. All general consulting services are charged at the regular hourly rate. The fee does not include costs and expenses (costs in the usual scope are regularly exceeded if the client is located outside the EU and increased shipping costs arise - in this case the contractual partner must expect additional costs). The fee also does not include the application fees of the US authorities (US Consulate or US Embassy and / or US Immigration Office) unless the disbursement of the costs is expressly instructed Furthermore, the fee does not include any other costs that may be incurred by the contractual partner or the applicant(s) in connection with the application process and visa issuance, such as external translation costs, bank fees, costs for official or notarized certifications, etc.
(2) Cancellation of an order placed with the US Visa Service is possible by written declaration to the US Visa Service. In principle, the Contractual Partner shall be credited a flat rate of 50% of the processing fee charged. If the service has already been provided for the most part, no credit note will be issued. If an invoice has not yet been sent out, the cancellation is free of charge.
(3) The fees listed in the associated offer are fixed prices for specific visa processing. The total amount stated in the offer is due immediately after receipt of the invoice. This fee is payable in full even if the order is terminated prematurely. In the case of processing on an hourly basis, the total amount calculated by time recording is calculated after the order has been processed and is due immediately.
(4) The offer confirmed in writing by the contractual partner with an attachment is decisive for the start of a specific visa processing. When placing the order, the contractual partner undertakes to provide all data required for proper invoicing (complete company name including any necessary cost centers or contact persons).
