CEO Alexander Kos is in charge of the strategic direction and planning of the company. He joined The American Dream in 2008 and is the contact for all questions regarding contracts and cooperations.

Mr. Kos studied Law at the Humboldt University of Berlin with a focus on foreign law. Since he spent his exchange year in Philadelphia, he loves to travel regularly to the United States, privately and on business.

Sonja Pucher, Head of Visa Service, is responsible for the functional and organizational management of the US Visa Service and was significantly involved in developing this part of the business. With over 10 years of experience, she is an expert in US immigration law.

Ms. Pucher's supports companies that manage international assignments through the complex US visa application process. She coordinates the strategic planning and execution in our internal teams. Ms. Pucher will answer any question regarding U.S. immigration laws you may have as visa applications for employee transfers to the United States are her area of expertise.

She regularly demonstrates her knowledge as a speaker at conferences and other events.

Ms. Pucher holds a Master of Laws degree, studied political science and social education, and she is a government licensed emigration consultant for the United States.

Tanja Schimming started working for the US Visa Service in October 2011 and has been a Senior Visa Consultant since 2015, advising corporate and private clients. She works with clients to develop possible visa options and strategies that enable companies and their employees to travel to the USA with the right visa as quickly as possible.
Tanja Schimming herself lived in the USA for many years and has German-American citizenship, so clients benefit from her US experience.

Carolin Mattern joined the US Visa Service of The American Dream as a Visa Consultant in August 2012.
Initially, she supported students and young graduates with visa applications for J-1 and F-1 visas, including for internships, training, studies and language trips. She now focuses on supporting corporate and private clients with their work and business visa applications.

Linda Haacker started working for the US Visa Service in May 2016. Since November 2017, she has been a visa consultant specializing primarily in advising and applying for business and tourist visas for corporate and private clients. In addition, she assists journalists and crew members in selecting and applying for the appropriate work visa, as well as applying for Global Entry.

Jana Däubler joined the US Visa Service in December 2017 and focuses on assisting international companies with complex visa application processes in the context of internal employee transfers.
As a specialist for L visa applications, Ms. Däubler advises companies on planning the assignment of employees as well as on compiling the numerous documents for the application to the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and in the final consular procedure.

Our clients also benefit from Ms. Däubler's many years of expertise in the area of L-Blanket registration for a group of companies.

Anne-Luise Gerlach joined the US Visa Service team in December 2017.
As a Visa Consultant, Ms. Gerlach supports students and young graduates in applying for visas as part of their studies, internships, research stays or vocational training in the USA. Our clients also benefit from Ms. Gerlach's many years of expertise in the area of work visas.

Since August 2018, Ms. Meiß has enriched the US Visa Service in the area of e-visa processing.
Ms. Meiß focuses on advising clients on sending (their employees) to the USA, provides support in compiling the necessary visa documents and helps investors with visa applications in German, English and Polish. Ms. Meiß also advises our clients on the organization of L-Blanket visas.

Anna Engnath joined the US Visa Service in August 2018 and since then, in the position of Visa Consultant, has primarily supported companies in applying for work visas for their employees as well as derived visas or work permits for their family members.
She also supports students and trainees with the visa application process.

Klara Altmeyer joined the US Visa Service as a Team Assistant in June 2017 and has been part of the B-Visa team as a Visa Consultant since 2019. Ms. Altmeyer focuses on advising and supporting companies that require visas for business travel and after-sales services. Furthermore, Ms. Altmeyer takes care of the special needs of crew members and journalists who want to stay in the USA for professional reasons. Customers with inquiries about private stays in the USA and expedited entry through Global Entry are also in good hands with Ms. Altmeyer.

Hainan Wang joined the US Visa Service as a Visa Consultant in September 2021. Ms. Wang thus supports the B-Visa team in applying for tourist visas as well as business visas for e.g. business travelers, fitters and service technicians. She also advises our clients on expedited entry to the USA with Global Entry.

Katja Provinciatto has been working as a Visa Consultant at the US Visa Service since September 2021.
She focuses in particular on assisting companies with work visa applications and also organizes derivative visas for family members. However, Ms. Provinciatto also advises students and young graduates on visa applications for training, internships or research stays, for example.

Anja Klabunde began her role with the US Visa Service in February 2024 and has been supporting the entire team ever since.

As assistant to the management, she takes on a wide range of tasks from various areas such as administration, human resources and controlling.

Ms. Göb has been part of the US Visa Service Team since May 2023 and is responsible for office management.
She is the first point of contact for our telephone and written customer inquiries and also manages all administrative projects and takes care of various organizational matters.

After having completed a Franco-German program of studies, Katarina Wuscher moved across the pond and is in charge of Marketing since 2010. She focusses on planning and executing all marketing activities, especially the development of our corporate design and the business customer's newsletter.

Since July 2021, Lea Bruckhoff has been part of The American Dream and expands the marketing area at the US Visa Service, from the implementation of marketing projects, website support to design matters.
