Secure transfer of files

Here you can upload all necessary documents, forms, and photos for your visa application and transfer them to your personal visa consultant.

Please note:
You can upload up to 10 files at a time. Each file can have up to 8MB. You can use the following file types: DOC, XLS, PPT, PDF, JPG, BMP, PNG, ZIP.
All other file types cannot be uploaded for security reasons.

Some browsers, for instance Internet Explorer 10/11, might not allow you to upload several files at the same time. We recommend to upload a ZIP file in that case.

All data will be stored solely on our own servers in our head office in Berlin, Germany.

Please follow the steps below:

1. Select your personal visa consultant.
2. Give your first name and surname.
3. Give your e-mail.
4. Click on "browse your computer" and select the file(s) your want to transfer or alternatively use the "Drag and Drop" function. The file(s) are then shown in the overview list and marked with a check mark.
5. Once you have selected all files, please click "Submit" at the bottom of the page, only then the file(s) will be transferred to us.
6. After the upload is complete, the note "Upload successful" will appear at the top of this page. In addition, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, which contains the main parameters.
