CEO Alexander Kos is in charge of the strategic direction and planning of the company. He joined The American Dream in 2008 and is the contact for all questions regarding contracts and cooperations.
Mr. Kos studied Law at the Humboldt University of Berlin with a focus on foreign law. Since he spent his exchange year in Philadelphia, he loves to travel regularly to the United States, privately and on business.
Sonja Pucher, Head of Visa Service, is responsible for the functional and organizational management of the US Visa Service and was significantly involved in developing this part of the business. With over 10 years of experience, she is an expert in U.S. immigration law.
Ms. Pucher's supports companies that manage international assignments through the complex U.S. visa application process. She coordinates the strategic planning and execution in our internal teams. Ms. Pucher will answer any question regarding U.S. immigration laws you may have as visa applications for employee transfers to the United States are her area of expertise.
She regularly demonstrates her knowledge as a speaker at conferences and other events.
Ms. Pucher holds a Master of Laws degree, studied political science and social education, and she is a government licensed emigration consultant for the United States.
Eva-Maria Noack, working at US Visa Service since 2007, is primarily focused on visa consultations and business development.
As a government licensed emigration consultant for the United States, she has extensive experience advising business customers on nonimmigrant work visa categories. She focusses on the strategic initial consultation as well as process optimization when transferring employees to the United States.
Eva-Maria Noack has specialized in registrations for E visa. She assists business customers from preliminary considerations to the successful completion of the application process.

Tanja Schimming started working for the US Visa Service in October 2011. Since 2015, she is a Senior Visa Consultant and advises businesses and private customers on site and on the phone. In collaboration with the customer, she gives advice on different visa categories and proposes strategies, which allow businesses and their employees to enter the United States with an appropriate visa as fast as possible.
Tanja Schimming, who has both the German and American citizenship, lived in the United States for 13 years, in which she also obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and worked in different business sectors.
She has the license to counsel emigrants regarding the United States and entry requirements.
Jessica Meier is a Visa Consultant for the US Visa Service GmbH since 2012. She primarily assists businesses to obtain a work visa for employees and their families.
Jessica Meier has a Bachelor's degree in North American Studies from the Free University of Berlin, and she spent one semester at Rutgers University in New Jersey, where she studied Politics and American Culture.

Ulrike Schulze lived in the United States for two years, in which she also finished her Bachelor's degree in North American Studies. Afterwards she obtained a Master's degree from the Free University of Berlin, with a focus on Politics and Economics.
Nadja Hofmann started working for the US Visa Service in April 2015. As a Visa Consultant, she helps students and young graduates with their visa application for an internship in the United States. Additionally she counsels businesses and private customers either personally on site or on the phone and gives adivce on visa applications for business travelers.
Nadja Hofmann has a Master's degree in American Studies, she spent one year in the United States and has worked for the U.S. Consulate General in Leipzig.
Carolin Mattern joined the The American Dream - US Visa Service in August 2012. She helps students and young graduates with their visa application for an internship in the United States. She also assists businesses and private customers with the application for work visa.

Linda Haacker started working for the US Visa Service after obtaining her Master's degree in Urban Studies from the Technical University of Berlin. As Junior Visa Consultant, she focuses on advising businesses and private customers on visa applications for tourists and business travelers.
After spending two years in the United States, one in Washington D.C. and one in Florida, Maike Labrenz returned to Germany and started working for the US Visa Service in November 2016. She focuses on helping businesses and private customers with their visa applications for tourists and business travelers.

Sarah-Lorraine Schnier has been working for the US Visa Service since September 2016. As Junior Visa Consultant, she advises employees and families of business customers on the application for U.S. work visa.
Previously she worked in Spain for half a year, obtained her Bachelor's and Master's degree in English, Romance Studies and Literary Translation from the University of Düsseldorf, and attended the UC Davis in California for seven months. Melda Akyüz started working for the US Visa Service in 2009. As Visa Assistant, she is helping the team with the processing of visa applications and office management.
She specialized in B-Visa and is advising businesses and private customers on the application process.
Ms Akyüz is currently on parental leave.
After she had lived and worked in the United States for about six years, Isabelle Billingsley joined the US Visa Service team in November 2015 and is responsible for the Office Management.

With her passion for the United States, she is the perfect fit for the US Visa Service. Yvonne Richtsteig manages our social media presence, websites and the private customer's newsletter of our sister company The American Dream – US GreenCard Service.
She has already worked for an online editorial team and supported multiple online startups from scratch to the successful execution of the first idea. After obtaining her Master's degree in Media Science, she lived in the USA for over three years and was self-employed. Her heart is beating for the United States, and as a passionate fitness instructor, this beat will keep going for a very long time.
Diana Bohlinth has been in charge of our Performance Marketing since July 2016. She is responsible for affiliate cooperations and the company's E-Mail section.
